No — absolutely not. Resell Holidays works on a no-sale, no-fee basis. We do not charge any registration fee, advance payment, or processing fee. Payment to you happens only after the name transfer is successfully completed.

We currently handle Club Mahindra Holidays (25-year plans) and Sterling Holidays (old memberships). If you have a different membership type, please contact us and we'll check if we can assist you.

Payment is made on the same day as the completion of the name transfer, via account payee cheque, NEFT/IMPS/UPI bank transfer, or cash at our Trichy office for in-person transfers.

The valuation shown on our platform is an estimated market value based on current rates. It is valid for 90 days from the date of your mandate. The final price may vary slightly based on actual membership details verified during the process.

If you have pending Annual Subscription Fees (ASF/maintenance dues), the outstanding amount will be adjusted (deducted) from your agreed selling price before payment is made to you. This will be clearly communicated before the transfer is completed.
