This disclaimer governs your use of the Resell Holidays platform and its Assisted Resell Service. By using our platform or submitting a valuation or mandate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the limitations and disclosures set out below.

Independence from Membership Companies

Resell Holidays is an independent service provided by Nattar Innovators LLP. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or in any way officially connected to:

We are not agents, representatives, or authorised resellers of these companies. Our service is an independent facilitation service that helps membership owners find buyers in the secondary market.

Any transfer of membership ownership must ultimately be approved by the respective membership company (Club Mahindra Holidays or Sterling Holidays) in accordance with their own policies and procedures. Resell Holidays has no control over, and cannot guarantee, the membership company's approval or timelines.

Membership company policies regarding transferability, ASF dues, balance entitlements, and transfer fees are subject to change at the membership company's sole discretion. Resell Holidays is not responsible for any such changes.

Valuation is an Estimate Only

The membership valuation displayed on our platform is an estimate based on current secondary market rates maintained in our internal pricing database. It is calculated using the information you provide, including membership type, category, expiry date, balance years, and maintenance dues status.

The estimated value is NOT a guaranteed sale price, a formal appraisal, or a binding offer. It is a starting point for discussion and is subject to change.

The final confirmed price may differ from the estimate for the following reasons:

Valuations are valid for 90 days from the date of mandate signing. Any revision will be communicated to you in advance and will require your consent before proceeding.

No Guarantee of Sale

While Resell Holidays makes every effort to find a suitable buyer for your membership through our online and offline channels, we do not and cannot guarantee that a buyer will be found within any specific timeframe or at all.

Resell Holidays operates on a no sale, no fee basis — we do not charge you any upfront fees. Our service cost is recovered only when a sale is successfully completed.

Accuracy of Information Provided

The valuation, mandate, and all services provided by Resell Holidays are based entirely on the information you submit. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.

Misrepresentation of material facts — such as ownership status, balance weeks, or ASF dues — may render the mandate void and may expose you to legal action under applicable Indian law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nattar Innovators LLP (Resell Holidays) shall not be liable for any of the following:

Our maximum total liability to you in connection with any specific transaction shall not exceed the agreed selling price of that particular membership.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Fraud Warning

⚠ Beware of fraudsters impersonating Resell Holidays. Please be aware of the following:
If you receive any communication asking for upfront payment, bank details, or login credentials claiming to be from Resell Holidays, do not respond. Report it immediately to support@resellholidays.com or call 76 0380 0484.

Similarly, be aware that several unrelated companies may use similar names. Always verify you are on the correct website: www.resellholidays.com. Check the URL in your browser before entering any personal information.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This disclaimer and all matters relating to it are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this disclaimer or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trichy (Tiruchirappalli), Tamil Nadu, India.

By using our platform and services, you agree that you have read this disclaimer in full, that you understand it, and that you accept its terms as a condition of using our service.
